How to Setup Publishing Connections

First, you need to create an n8n account or use a self-hosted instance:

• Visit n8n.io and click "Start for free"
• Sign up with your email or Google account
• Verify your email and complete the onboarding
• Alternatively, self-host n8n using Docker or npm

Download and import our pre-configured n8n workflow:

Import steps:

• In your n8n dashboard, click on "Workflows" in the left sidebar
• Click the "+" button to create a new workflow
• Click the three dots menu (⋮) and select "Import from file"
• Upload the downloaded JSON file

Configure the social media and publishing connectors in the workflow:

• Click on each social media node (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
• Click "Create New Credential" for each platform
• Follow the OAuth flow to authenticate your accounts
• Configure platform-specific settings (pages, groups, etc.)

Create and configure your ALLMEDIA API key for secure access:

• Log into your ALLMEDIA account
• Navigate to Settings → API Keys
• Click "Create New API Key" and give it a descriptive name (e.g., "n8n Publishing")
• Copy the generated API key securely
• In n8n, find the "Webhook" trigger node in your workflow
• Add authentication by checking for the API key in the webhook headers
• Copy the webhook URL and paste it in ALLMEDIA Settings → Publishing Connections
