Your first 30 minutes with ALLMEDIA.AI

What is this about?

This article is a roadmap for your first working day with ALLMEDIA.AI. You don’t need to know every feature. The goal is a first published or scheduled post. Each step has its own article with details.

Prerequisites

• An ALLMEDIA.AI account. Your first workspace is created automatically when you sign up.
• Access to the account you want to publish on, for example your LinkedIn page.

Step by step

1. Go through the initial setup. The initial setup starts on your first login. Choose your most important channels there. If it no longer runs, start it from the help menu (question mark icon at the top right) via Start setup. Process: Getting started without writing skills.
2. Name your workspace. Initially your workspace is called “My Workspace” („Mein Workspace“) or carries your first name. You change the name under Settings → General.
3. Check the brand voice. Open Settings → Brand voices and click the brand voice of your most important channel. Check the tone and enter no-go words. Nothing more is needed on day one. Details: Understand brand voice.
4. Connect the channel. Open Plan → Publishing and connect the channel to your account. Without a channel connection you can create posts, but not publish them automatically. Instructions: Channel connections.
5. Create your first post. Click Create, describe your topic in one or two sentences, choose the channel via Select channels and click Generate. Review the draft and adjust it if needed.
6. Publish or schedule. Open the post under Content → All Stories & Posts and choose Publish or Schedule. Learn more: Publishing content.

Tips

• Publish first, then optimize. A real result shows you faster what is missing in the brand voice.
• If a text sounds too generic, change the brand voice instead of rewriting each post individually. The change applies to all future posts of this channel.
