Prerequisites
- An ALLMEDIA.AI account. Your first workspace is created automatically when you sign up.
- The initial setup starts automatically as long as you haven’t completed it and your workspace doesn’t have a channel yet.
Step by step
- Sign in. Sign in to the app. The initial setup opens in full screen with “Welcome to ALLMEDIA.AI”. Click Let's go to start.
- About you. Under “Tell us a bit about you”, choose what describes you best, your main goal and your biggest content challenge. You can skip this step.
- Brand identity. Upload your company logo, choose primary and secondary colors and optionally enter your company website. If you enter a website, ALLMEDIA.AI reads it in the background and creates knowledge stores with company knowledge from it. As soon as they are ready, the app notifies you via the bell.
- Choose a start method. Under “How would you like to start?” you have up to three options:
- Set up manually: Under “Which channels do you use?” you choose your channels, for example LinkedIn, Instagram, blog or newsletter. ALLMEDIA.AI creates them right away, with brand voice, target audience, content structure and image template from the standard templates.

- Book guided onboarding: You request a paid setup session with the ALLMEDIA team. The assistant shows the price.
- Finish. The “Posts” step briefly shows you how posts are created. Under “You're all set!” you complete the setup and can start a short product tour.
- Create your first post. Click Create in the sidebar, leave AI Generation active and describe your idea in one or two sentences. Click Select channels, mark your channels and then click Generate. One draft is created per channel, which you can review and adjust.
Limits and notes
- You can adjust the created channels at any time afterwards under Settings → Channels.
- The initial setup creates channels but does not connect them to your accounts. To publish, you need a channel connection, see Channel connections.

Tips
- Enter your website during the initial setup. The company knowledge created from it makes the texts more specific from the start.
- If a text still sounds too generic, add no-go words and key topics to the brand voice. See Understand brand voice.

Can I restart the initial setup later?
Yes. Open the help menu at the top right (question mark icon) and click Start setup. This entry is available in the desktop view.
What happens if I close the initial setup?
