Learning path: Plan, approve, work as a team · 0/7
Under Plan → Calendar you see your workspace’s posts in the Journal, Timeline, 3 days, Week and Month views. You move posts by drag and drop, create content or tasks via “Create” and subscribe to the calendar as an iCal feed.

What is this about?
The calendar is the central view of everything that is scheduled or published in your workspace. You spot gaps and clusters, move dates by drag and drop and create new content or tasks directly in the calendar. The calendar always shows the currently selected workspace.
You don’t create separate “campaigns” in the calendar. You bundle related posts in projects and then filter the calendar by project.
Step by step
- Open the calendar. Click Plan → Calendar in the sidebar.
- Choose a view. Via the View menu you switch between Journal, Timeline, 3 days, Week and Month. The app remembers your last view.
- Filter. Via Filter you narrow down by Channel, Project and Status (Draft, Scheduled, Published). With Reset filter you show everything again. Use the search to find individual posts.
- Move posts. Drag a post to another day or time. In the timeline you can also drag it into another channel’s lane. Posts that have already been published cannot be moved.
- Create new. Click Create and choose Create content or New task. If you click directly on a day or time slot, the app asks “What would you like to create?” with Create content or Create task. New content takes over the selected date and, in the timeline, also the channel. Tasks with a deadline also appear as cards in the calendar.
- Open a post. Click a post to edit, schedule or publish it (see Publishing content).

The views at a glance
| View | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Journal | Chronological list of all scheduled posts, good for scrolling through |
| Timeline | One lane per channel, ideal for gaps and overlaps between channels |
| 3 days | Detailed view of the next few days with times |
| Week | Weekly grid with times |
| Month | Monthly overview |
On your phone, Journal and 3 days are available.
Subscribing to the calendar (iCal)
- Open the Calendar Settings via the gear icon at the top of the calendar.
- Under “Subscribe to Calendar” you create a feed with New Feed, give it a name and choose the statuses: Scheduled, Awaiting approval, Published.
- Copy the feed URL and paste it into Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar under “Subscribe to Calendar”. Alternatively, download an .ics file with Download (.ics).
- With Renew token you invalidate an old URL; with Deactivate you switch the feed off.

In the calendar settings you also set the Week start and can Hide weekends.
Limits
- The calendar shows at most 1,000 posts at a time. With a very large number of posts, narrow the time range or set filters.
- The iCal feed contains posts from the last 7 days and all future ones, at most 200 entries. It applies per workspace.
- There is no automatic warning for posts scheduled too close together. Use the timeline to spot clusters.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see several workspaces in one calendar?

Do drafts appear in the calendar?
Yes, if they have a date. With the Draft status filter you show or hide them specifically.
