The Inbox collects all ideas in one place. You accept or reject ideas, move them along in the Kanban board and generate posts from accepted ideas. External people submit ideas via a public form.
This page was translated from the German original. The labels in your app are authoritative.

What is this about?
The Inbox is the collection point for all ideas in your workspace. Ideas come from four directions:
- Your own ideas: from you and your team, created via New Idea or in the chat with Amy.
- Idea Scout: hits that you take over with Accept to Inbox.
- News Monitor: Every hit of a search agent automatically lands in the Inbox as an idea.
- Form submission: ideas from external people via the public form.
Ideas can also be created via the API and the MCP server.
Status of an idea
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | New idea, not yet assessed. Form submissions start here. |
| Accepted | The idea is to be implemented. Only accepted ideas can be turned into posts. |
| Stories Created | At least one story has been created from the idea. |
| Rejected | The idea will not be implemented. |

Step by step
- Open the Inbox. In the sidebar, go to Ideas/Inbox → Inbox.
- Choose a view. Switch between List view and Kanban view. In the list you filter via the status tiles, also by Origin & tags and via search.
- Review an idea. Open an idea, read content and sources, assign tags and discuss in the Team comments. With @ you mention team members.
- Accept or reject. Click Accept or Reject. In the Kanban board you drag the card into the matching column. With Reset to open you reverse a decision.
- Generate posts. For an accepted idea, click Generate posts and choose a route: AI Analysis (suggestions for story titles and channels), Create directly (you choose the channels yourself) or Write manually (without AI, without credits).
- Combine several ideas (optional). Mark several ideas and click Analyze together to create stories from them jointly.
Setting up the public form
- Open the settings. In the Inbox, click the gear and open the Inbox Settings.
- Enable the form. Switch on Enable Public Submission Form and define under Rate Limit how many submissions per hour are allowed.
- Distribute the link. Share the Public Link directly, send it by email or embed the form as an iframe on your website.
In the form, external people enter name, email address and their idea (up to 2,000 characters). Submitted ideas appear with the status Open and the origin Form submission.

Limits
- Posts can only be generated from accepted ideas.
- AI Analysis and Create directly use credits for generation; Write manually does not.
- There is no archive. Completed ideas have the status Stories Created or Rejected; you delete ideas you no longer need.
Tips
- If you can’t find an idea, check whether a status filter or origin filter is active.
- Use tags to organize ideas by topics or campaigns.
