You control hashtags via the brand voice’s “Hashtag Usage” field, and calls to action via a section in the content structure. You set real @ mentions of people and companies in the editor, currently only for LinkedIn.

What is this about?
Without guidelines, the AI writes hashtags and calls to action (CTAs) following a general pattern. With clear rules, they become typical of your brand. In ALLMEDIA.AI these rules live in three places:
- Hashtags: in the brand voice, “Hashtag Usage” field. In addition, there is the post-processing template “Hashtag Optimization”.
- Calls to action: in the content structure, as a separate section with an instruction.
- Mentions: in the post editor via @. Real, linked mentions are currently only available for LinkedIn.
There is no separate hashtag store or mentions list.
Step by step
- Define a hashtag rule. Open Settings → Content & channels → Brand voices and edit the channel’s brand voice. Under “RULES”, in the “Hashtag Usage” field, enter how many hashtags should go where and which ones you prefer, for example “3–5 relevant hashtags at the end, always #allmedia”. Terms that must never appear go in “No-Go Words”.
- Write the CTA into the content structure. Open Settings → Content & channels → Content structures and edit the channel’s structure. Create a “CTA” section and describe as an instruction what it should achieve, such as “Invite readers to sign up for the newsletter, link: …”. Fixed requirements for every post belong in “Rules for every post”.
- Optionally have hashtags post-processed. Under Settings → Content & channels → Post-processing you can take over the “Hashtag Optimization” template and attach it to the channel. It adds suitable hashtags after creation.
- Create and check a post. Create a post for the channel and check hashtags and CTA. For individual posts, ask Amy in the Amy tab, for example with “Suggest 5 relevant hashtags for this post” or “Add a clear call-to-action at the end”.
- Set a LinkedIn mention. For posts for a LinkedIn channel, click @ in the editor and search for the person or company by name or LinkedIn URL. The mention appears as a chip in the text and is passed to LinkedIn as a real link when publishing.
Options at a glance
| Element | Where you control it | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Hashtag rule | Brand voice → “Hashtag Usage” | Applies to every post with this brand voice |
| Forbidden terms | Brand voice → “No-Go Words” | The AI avoids these words |
| Emojis | Brand voice → “Emoji Usage” | Number and type of emojis |
| CTA | Content structure → section with instruction | Fixed position and content of the call to action |
| Hashtags afterwards | Post-processing → “Hashtag Optimization” | Adds hashtags after creation |
| LinkedIn mention | Editor → @ | Linked mention of people and companies |
| YouTube Shorts hashtags | YouTube channel connection → “Shorts Hashtags” | Added automatically as tags for Shorts |
Limits
- Linked mentions only work on LinkedIn (connected directly or via the social media integration). On other platforms, an “@Name” remains normal text.
- Some LinkedIn profiles cannot be resolved via the interface. In that case, the URL of the company page or profile helps.
- Hashtags count towards the platform’s length limit. The AI takes the character limit into account, including emojis and hashtags.
Tips
- Differentiate hashtags per platform: create separate brand voices or content structures for LinkedIn and Instagram if the rules differ greatly.
- Phrase CTAs with a specific verb and goal, and write the link directly into the instruction.
- Use mentions sparingly and only tag people or companies who are really involved.
