ALLMEDIA.AI has no separate dashboard with freely configurable tiles. The quick overview of your workspace is on the home page (Home in the sidebar). There, the Performance – this month area shows how much has happened in your workspace since the start of the month. If you want to dig deeper, you switch from there to the post statistics.
The home page is structured the same way for all members of a workspace and always shows the data of the currently selected workspace.
Step by step
- Open the home page. Click Home at the very top of the sidebar. At the top you see the greeting with the New Content and New Idea buttons as well as the Smart News.
- Scroll to the performance area. Below the monthly calendar and My tasks comes the Performance – this month area with four key figures.
- Read the key figures. The tiles show Published posts, Created posts, Stories and Active channels since the first of the month. The percentage vs. previous period compares with the entire previous month.
- Check the trend. The chart below shows the posts per day in the workspace. As soon as platform data is available for published posts, a second line with Views is added.
- Switch to the details. Via Open post statistics to the right above the tiles you get to the detailed analytics with time range selection, channel filter and export.
