    What is this about?

A single post is a snapshot. If you bundle posts into campaigns via projects, you can switch to the Projects view in the post statistics. It only takes into account posts whose story is assigned to a project, and shows in the Project performance area how much has happened in your campaigns in the selected time range.

Projects of the Print medium type are not included, because print products don’t deliver reach data.

    Prerequisites

    • At least one project of the Campaign type with assigned stories.
    • For reach values: posts that were published via a channel connection with analytics enabled.

    Step by step

    1. Assign stories to a project. Assign your campaign’s stories to a project, for example in the project via Add stories or on the story via the project button. All posts of a story then count towards the project.
    2. Open the post statistics. Choose Analyze → Post Statistics.
    3. Switch view. Click Projects at the top right.
    4. Set the time range. Use the time range pill to choose your campaign’s period, for example Custom range … with start and end date.
    5. Read the project performance. The tiles show Published posts, Created posts, Stories and Active channels, each only for content in projects.
    6. Check individual posts. For views, clicks and engagement of individual campaign posts, switch back to Posts and find them via the search.

    Limits of measurement

    • A post only counts towards the project via its story. Posts without a story assigned to a project are missing from the analysis.
    • The period you can analyze follows your plan’s analytics history (Free 7 days, Pro 30 days, Agentic unlimited).

    Tips

    • Create a separate project for each campaign. Then the time range can be narrowed cleanly to the campaign.
    • Only evaluate a campaign a few days after the last post. The platforms deliver key figures with a delay.
    • For a report to clients or management, use the post statistics export or the PDF report from All Stories & Posts filtered by the project.
