The post statistics under Analyze → Post Statistics show the platforms’ key figures for published posts, compare them with the previous period and recommend the best posting time.
This page was translated from the German original. The labels in your app are authoritative.

What is this about?
After publishing, ALLMEDIA.AI automatically fetches your posts’ key figures from the platforms in the background. The Post Statistics page bundles them: at the top a hero metric with comparison to the previous period, below that metric tiles, charts, the best posting time recommendation and the list of all published posts with their values.
One time range filter applies to all key figures, charts and the list at the same time.
Prerequisites
- A channel connection with Analytics enabled switched on. Without it, the page shows the notice No analytics connectors enabled with the link Go to Connectors.
- Posts that were published via this connection. Posts marked as published by hand don’t deliver any figures.
The most important key figures
- Views: how often the post was viewed according to the platform.
- Interactions: sum of likes, comments, shares and clicks.
- Clicks: clicks on links in the post, the bridge to your website traffic.
- Engagement: the engagement rate per post, shown as an average in the tiles (Avg. engagement rate).
Step by step
- Open the statistics. In the sidebar, choose Analyze → Post Statistics. By default you see the Month to date range.
- Choose a time range. Click the time range pill at the top right and choose, for example, Last 30 days, Quarter to date or Custom range …. Ranges that go beyond your plan’s history are grayed out.
- Read the hero metric. At the top you switch between Interactions and Views. The vs. previous period figure compares with the period of the same length before.
- Check tiles and charts. The tiles show Content (of which with analytics data), Views, Engagement and Channels. Below are Posts over time and Top 5 channels (by reach); the second chart counts how many posts appeared on each channel.
- Apply the best posting time. The Best posting time card names the three strongest time slots (weekday and three-hour block) as well as Most active day and Most active hour. Transfer them to your planning.
- View posts individually. In the list below you see views, likes, comments, shares, clicks and engagement per post. Via the filter icon you narrow down to a Channel type; via the magnifying glass you search the posts. Clicking opens the post.
- Refresh or export figures. In the ⋮ menu, Refresh Analytics fetches the latest values immediately; Export creates a CSV, Excel or PDF file.

Options at a glance
- Time ranges: Month to date, Quarter to date, Year to date, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last year, All time and Custom range ….
- View: At the top you switch between Posts and Projects. The project view is described in the article on project analytics.
- Single post: Via a row’s refresh icon you reload only that post’s values. Via the row’s menu you can switch off auto-sync for the post and switch it on again later; existing values remain visible.
- Deleted posts: If a post was deleted on the platform, the list shows the last known values. With Hide deleted you hide such posts.
- For experts: At the very bottom, Status distribution leads to an overview of all posts by workflow status, and Connector health to the analysis by platform.
Limits
- History per plan: Free shows the last 7 days, Pro the last 30 days, Agentic the entire period. Older posts are counted in a notice such as 3 more posts hidden, with a link to upgrade.
- Best posting time: The recommendation only appears from 5 published posts with analytics data.
- Platform-dependent: Not every platform delivers every key figure, some only with a delay. WordPress needs a Jetpack connection, Kit (ConvertKit) needs Kit’s Pro plan.
- Sorting: The post list is sorted by publication date, 25 posts per page. You find a top list sortable by views or engagement in the analysis by platform.
Tips
- Compare channels via the engagement rate. Absolute views are defined differently on each platform.
- Right after posting, the values are still empty. Wait for the next sync or start Refresh Analytics.
- If you have created a new channel connection, a notice on the page offers to import older posts of this connection so that they are analyzed too.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a post show “Mapping missing”?
The post has not yet been matched to an entry on the platform, for example because the connection was reconnected in the meantime. With Retry mapping, ALLMEDIA.AI searches for the matching entry again.
How often are the figures updated?
Automatically in the background: more often shortly after publication, later about once a day. Via Refresh Analytics you trigger the sync immediately; it continues in the background even if you leave the page.
