11.3 – Change or cancel your plan

Short answer: Plan upgrades are effective immediately; downgrades and cancellations are effective at the end of the paid period — all done independently in the customer area.
What is this about?
You can change plans at any time. Upgrades activate new features and quotas immediately, billed proportionally. Downgrades and cancellations remain active until the next regular renewal date.
What you will be able to do afterwards
- Choose the right plan based on usage.
- Implement an upgrade or downgrade without a support ticket.
- Cancel your contract in due time before its expiration.
