Unlock more channel connections

What is this about?

A channel bundles brand voice, target audience, content structure and other settings. You can create unlimited channels in every plan. Only the number of channel connections is limited. These are the authorized connections to your platform accounts through which ALLMEDIA.AI publishes. This article shows how to check and extend your quota.

Prerequisites

• Only the workspace owner books and manages add-ons.
• Plan and add-ons are tied to your personal account, not to a single workspace.

Step by step

1. Check your quota. Open Plan → Publishing. On the Channel connections page, open the ⋯ menu next to Connect channel. It shows how many connections are occupied and how many your plan allows, e.g. “3 / 6”. If you own several workspaces, it also shows “3 of 6 channel connections active” with usage by workspace.
2. Understand the count. If you are over the limit, you see every connection under “Why … connections are counted” on the page that occupies a slot. Connections above the limit are marked as “over the limit”.
3. Delete connections you don’t need. Delete connections you no longer need. Deactivating is not enough, because deactivated connections also occupy a slot.
4. Buy an additional connection. When the limit is reached, the page shows the button Buy +1 channel connection (€5/month). You are redirected to Stripe for payment.
5. Book several connections at once. Open Billing via the profile menu at the top right and go to the Add-ons area. For Channel connections, choose the number and click Book add-ons („Add-ons buchen“).
6. Or change your plan. In the same tab, under Available Plans, you find the plans with more channel connections. See Change or cancel your plan.
7. Create a new connection. Back on the channel connections page, click Connect channel and link it to your channel.

Additional channel connections cost €5 per connection per month (net plus VAT). You can select up to 10 connections per booking. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

How the count works

• The count covers all workspaces you own.
• Every connection occupies a slot, even if it is deactivated.
• Connections without a linked channel also occupy a slot. They are marked as “no channel”.
• The “Publish Manually” connection does not occupy a slot.
• If you are over the limit, the most recently added connections cannot publish. The older ones keep working.

Frequently asked questions

Does an additional channel cost anything?

No. Channels are unlimited in all plans. Costs only arise if you need more channel connections than your plan includes.

How do I cancel an additional channel connection?

In the Billing tab, in the Add-ons area, you can reduce booked connections with −1 or end them with Cancel („Kündigen“). The add-on continues until the end of the current billing period.

Does the add-on apply to all my workspaces?

Yes. Additional channel connections apply across all your workspaces combined.
