Prerequisites

Step by step
- Open billing. Click your profile at the top right and choose Billing.
- Scroll to the Add-ons area. It lists Channel connections and Storage with the price per unit. Below, you see how much of it you already use.
- Choose the quantity. Use the plus and minus buttons to choose the number you want. At the bottom, the app shows the amount under Total monthly („Gesamt monatlich“).
- Book. Click Book add-ons („Add-ons buchen“) and pay in the Stripe checkout. All selected add-ons end up in one shared subscription.
- Wait for activation. After payment you return to the app. The app reports “Add-ons added” („Add-ons hinzugefügt“). If you don’t see the new quantity right away, reload the page after a minute.
- Reduce or cancel. Booked add-ons are listed in the same area. With −1 you reduce the quantity by one unit; with Cancel („Kündigen“) (for several units Cancel all („Alle kündigen“)) you end the add-on. Confirm in the dialog with Reduce now („Jetzt reduzieren“) or Cancel now („Jetzt kündigen“). The add-on remains active until the end of the current billing period.

The plans include 100 MB of storage on Free, 25 GB on Pro and 500 GB from Agentic.
Requesting Enterprise modules
Backup and Enterprise Support cannot be booked yourself. This is how you request them:
- Open Settings → Enterprise.
- Choose Send sales inquiry or Book a consultation video call.
- After activation, the modules appear on the Enterprise page and in the profile menu.

Frequently asked questions
Are credits an add-on?
No. You buy additional credits once as a credit package in the Upgrade credits area. See Understand and top up credits.
