    What is this about?

For larger organizations, ALLMEDIA.AI offers individual add-on modules. The Enterprise area is their shared start page. Enabled modules appear there as tiles:

    Module What it does
Customer Data Backup Manual export of your workspace data as JSON or Excel (.xlsx) for download.
Enterprise Support Prioritized support channel with a response time within 24 hours (SLA) and its own ticket overview.
Agency Service Hub Request and commission agency services.
Workspace Groups Manage several workspaces centrally in groups.

    Prerequisites

    • The modules are add-ons. The ALLMEDIA team enables them.
    • Only the workspace owner sees the modules.
    • Workspace Groups additionally require a plan that includes workspace groups, for example Agentic. You find the plans on the Pricing page.

    Step by step

    1. Open the Enterprise area. Go to Settings → Enterprise. If at least one module is active, you can also reach the area via the profile menu under Enterprise.
    2. Without active modules. You see the Enterprise features page with a general overview and the buttons Book a consultation video call and Send sales inquiry.
    3. With active modules. You see the tiles of your enabled modules. Click a tile to open the module.
    4. Create a backup. In Customer Data Backup you click Create backup („Backup erstellen“), choose the Export format („Export-Format“, JSON or Excel) and the Content („Inhalte“: stories, posts, image URLs, channel settings, knowledge stores) and start with Start backup („Backup starten“). When the status is Completed („Abgeschlossen“), you download the file via Download.
    5. Create an Enterprise ticket. In Enterprise Support you click Create ticket. The overview shows status, priority and whether the SLA was met or exceeded.

    Limits

    • No automatic backups. You create backups manually. The app announces automatic, recurring backups as a feature of an upcoming version. They are currently not available.
    • No single sign-on. ALLMEDIA.AI does not offer sign-in via SSO (SAML or OIDC). You sign in with email and password or with Google and can set up two-factor authentication in your account.
    • The general overview is not a service commitment. The Enterprise features page describes the Enterprise offering in general. Only the tiles after activation show which modules you can use.
    • Download finished backups promptly and store them externally.
