In the app, the bell at the top right reports all activities. You set which emails you receive under My Profile → Notifications, per email type. Account and security emails always remain active.
This page was translated from the German original. The labels in your app are authoritative.

What is this about?
ALLMEDIA.AI informs you in two ways:
- In the app: The bell at the top right shows ongoing and completed activities, for example post generation, publications, approvals, invitations, task assignments and mentions. Ongoing activities update live.
- By email: For important events you also receive an email. You decide which ones.
The settings apply to your account, not to the whole workspace. Each member sets their emails themselves.
Step by step
- Open the settings. Click your profile picture at the top right, choose My Profile and switch to the Notifications tab.
- Expand a group. The emails are sorted into groups: Account & Team, Content & Approvals, AI Agents & Reports, Support & System and Billing & Quotas. Each group shows how many email types are active.
- Switch individual emails. Switch each email type on or off, for example Approval requests, Post published or Publishing failed. The change is saved immediately.
- Unsubscribe from everything optional. With Unsubscribe all you switch off all optional emails at once. After that you only receive account and security emails.
- Check in the app. Click the bell. With Mark all as read you tidy up the list. Clicking a card takes you directly to the post, plan or channel.

Which emails you can switch
| Group | Email types |
|---|---|
| Account & Team | Onboarding & tips, Workspace invitations, Team member left |
| Content & Approvals | Approval requests, Post published, Publishing failed, Share reminder |
| AI Agents & Reports | Editorial planning ready, Brand analysis ready, Partner monthly report |
| Support & System | Support replies, Inbox notifications |
| Billing & Quotas | Credits topped up, Payment failed, Subscription canceled, Member limit exceeded, Channel limit reached |
Account and security emails are always active and cannot be switched off: Password reset, Email verification, Magic-link login and Email change. They are not listed as a separate group, only in the notice at the top of the page.
Other emails with their own settings
- Workspace reports: You set up automatic reports on workspace activities under Settings → Workspace → Email reports. Administrators can do this.
- Idea Scout: In an Idea Scout’s configuration, under Notifications, you define who receives emails about new ideas and, optionally, an auto-report (see Idea Scout).
- Approvals: You define who receives approval emails under Plan → Approvals → Settings (see Approval workflows).
Limits
- There are no push notifications in the browser or on your phone.
- There is no forwarding of notifications to Slack, Microsoft Teams or via webhook.
- Quiet hours, daily summaries or a test notification cannot be set.
- The notifications under the bell cannot be switched off. The bell is divided into the Notifications, Posts and Scheduled Posts tabs.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I still get emails even though I switched them off?
Account and security emails are always delivered. In addition, some features have their own email switches, such as workspace reports or the Idea Scout.
Why does a card under the bell stay on “running”?
Some activities take several minutes. If nothing responds anymore, the app automatically marks the activity as failed.
